The recipes from the Maine Clambake Mysteries have never been collected. That can pose a problem for people who listen via the audiobooks, or who must return their print or ebooks to the library. As a partial solution, I have collected the links to all the recipes that have appeared in blog posts and other places on the Web. Click on the links to the right of each photo to find the recipe.
As most of my readers know, my husband, Bill Carito, a far better cook than I am, develops most of the recipes for the Maine Clambake Mysteries–except the ones for the baked goods–though I’m working on that. Most of the recipes in the Baked Goodies section below came to me from my maternal grandmother, Ethel McKim or Bill’s mother, Olga Carito.
These shortcuts will get you to the desired section more quickly. Or just browse to find the perfect recipe!
